"Jaclyn set up a viewing for us at one of her lease properties but was not able to make it. We loved the house and we’re told directly that if we submitted a deposit the house would be immediately taken off the market. We submitted the deposit on site since we loved it so much. As we were waiting to hear about our application status we were made aware that Jaclyn showed the property three days after we submitted our deposit and allowed another party to submit a deposit as well. We were directly told that submitting our deposit would HOLD the property for us. It seems as though Jaclyn wasn’t the showing agent for us therefor she showed and allowed another party to submit an application under her name. I am shocked at how unethical and unprofessional this is. She through not only us under the bus but also the agent that showed us the property. There are plenty of ethical agents out there that have your best interest in mind, Jaclyn does not appear to be one of them."
