Stephenville-based Mock Ranches Group is marketing what’s being called the Thompson Ranch on Mount Gainor Road, about four miles south of U.S. Highway 290. It’s near Dripping Springs, the fast-growing city of 10,000 people located 25 miles southwest of Austin.
