This fast-growing city south of Austin has seen immense population growth over the past two decades. This project aims to bring something new to the east side of Kyle. Developers have previously said they hope to begin construction next summer on the project, which will include single-family and multifamily housing, park space, trail connections and gathering spaces, including at least one restaurant.
