The 2023 list of commercial property management firms highlights some of Austin’s largest property managers. The list is ranked by square feet managed in the Austin area. As of January 1, 2023, the list represents 131 million s.f of space managed across the office, industrial and retail sectors. That is up from 118 million s.f. managed by listmakers in January 2022. Information on the list is gathered through surveys sent to property representatives. Only firms that responded to requests for information are included. The Austin area includes Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties.
