ATX Packaging — which legally is under the umbrella of Austin-based The Middle Group Inc. — was started about a half-decade ago in a 15,000-square-foot space in Hutto. The company makes pans in all shapes and sizes and ships them to food service distributors, grocers and wholesale cash-and-carry stores around the country. Customers include many well known BBQ restaurants, according to the city documents.
