Of that, the top 20 buildings on the printed list account for 9.6 million of the total s.f. listed. Many of the largest properties tend to be the multiple-story towers located in the Central Business District. ABJ ranks these buildings by square feet of office space. Information provided by Cushman and Wakefield Inc. Only single-building properties with multiple tenants are included on the individual buildings list. Owner-occupied and single-tenant properties are not eligible. Flex space, properties with overhead doors, is considered industrial and not included.
