Truluck’s, which has been serving up steak and seafood in downtown Austin for more than two decades, is moving into the ground floor of a new office tower. It’s a testament to the staying power of high-end, white table cloth dining, even as the city’s restaurant scene has evolved greatly in the past several decades.
