Relationships helped seal the deal for Jackson to take over as Cedar Park’s chief economic development officer earlier this month. He handled economic development at Opportunity Austin from 2015 to 2021 and had since been serving as senior vice president of the Tulsa Regional Chamber in Oklahoma. He recently spoke with the ABJ about how he intends to grow a suburb that already has a stout reputation for raking in residents and businesses.
