While much of the Austin metro is experiencing elevated office vacancies, at least one micromarket is bucking the trend: the South MoPac corridor. A handful of perks are luring tenants to the area southwest of downtown Austin and available space is dwindling. vi. Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining Party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
