The project is scheduled to break ground by the end of 2025, with completion anticipated next fall. It’s on track to have 30 full-time employees once the first phase is finished, with a second phase expected to add another 10 employees by the end of 2029.

iv. Statement that the complaining Party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
v. Contact information for the complaining Party, including email address, mailing address, and phone number.
vi. Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining Party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Termination for Repeat Infringement. Jax Real Estate Group reserves the right to terminate access, for any or all of our Software and Services, to any Party, if that Party is found to be repeatedly infringing copyrights.
