The new office tower just across the street from Republic Square Park has been having some success finding tenants at a time when Austin’s office supply is overbuilt and vacancies are high. On the upside for them, they don’t expect any new office construction downtown for years to come. v. Contact information for the complaining Party, including email address, mailing address, and phone number.
vi. Statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining Party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
